 General Information
Our delivery service extends to most areas of the UK mainland. If your postcode does not appear on our chart below please call us (01524 415401). We may still be able to help.
We use more than one delivery company. This gives us increased flexibility and can help ensure your order avoids getting tangled up with strike action or other individual company problems. It also ensures our delivery prices remain competitive, so you get the best deal possible.
We will inform you by email when your products have been dispatched. This email will tell you when your parcel is likely to arrive as well as which carrier will make the delivery.
The carrier will require a signature for the goods and with large products will require some help to unload. Please ensure you or a designated represntative is available to sign and help unload. The courier may also require you to produce a form of identification (protects both parties from credit card fraud). Some of our delivery vehicles are around the size of a double decker bus. These vehicles will need to get close to your property. If you are unsure a large vehicle will be able to get close to your property, please call us. We may be able to arrange for a smaller vehicle to deliver.
Please do not book installation contractors prior to receiving and checking your products. We accept no responsibility for costs incurred in this way.
We pride ourselves on the reputation we have built with our delivery partners which is based on accurate information and a timely delivery. Please let us know if you experience any problems.
 
 
 
How long will my delivery take?
At the checkout you’ll be offered the choice of either our overnight delivery service or our economy delivery service. (Unless our system automatically notices that this will be impossible).
 
Overnight normally takes between 1 and 2 days from the point at which we dispatch your order to it arriving with you.
 
Economy normally takes between 3 and 5 working days from the point at which we dispatch your order to it arriving with you.
 
 
 
 
How do I know how much my delivery will cost?
Our system knows which items you have placed in your basket. It also knows whether we class them as small or large pallet items. Once you get to the checkout you will be asked to input your postcode and whether you require an overnight (Normally 1-2 days) or an economy delivery (3-5 days) service.
Our system will then automatically calculate your delivery cost.
